Steve our Director, caught up with long-term valued clients Ross Negus of Southampton Freight Services, Jo Dixie of PSP Worldwide Logistics & Jonathan Williams of Williams Shipping just to name a few.
Steve commented ‘Recruitment is a people business, always has been & always will be. AI & tech will make the process much more efficient and is certainly a game changer, but real relationships are built on trust, authenticity, empathy and above all a friendly smile – which AI cannot replace (yet).
