SDW at Multimodal Expo at the NEC
Steve our Director attended Multimodal at the NEC in Birmingham the, leading UK Expo for the shipping, logistics & freight forwarding sector.
Recruiting at all levels for many of the exhibitors, from leading shipping lines, large & small freight forwarders and hauliers, Steve certainly enjoyed catching up with everyone, like the lovely Daphne from Portico Logistics, the guys at Albacore Systems and the team at CNS.
Steve commented ‘Great to catch up with some people, from clients, many of whom are past placed candidates and friends from both forwarders, shipping lines, port operators to IT & software for the freight industry. A great event as always, such a positive vibe in the room’ Steve continued ‘After a tough couple of years or so for shipping, recruitment & the economy in general, a real buzz of positivity in the room. Plus, great to see so many familiar faces
