As an Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for the Import and Export procedures, coordinate the production to ensure all deliveries are on time. You will help to develop the operation plans, monitor the systems and processes throughout the department & inform Operations Team Leader of any ideas for change. Report any issues to the Operations Team Leader if they cannot be dealt with by yourself or will take an extended amount of time to complete. Prompt processing of customer invoicing and passing of supplier costs to meet KPI’s, plus manage queries from other departments when required.
- Experience in Operations – Imports
- Experience in Exports – Air or Sea
- Experience in an office environment – 1- 2 years
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and Customer Service skills
