The Role
As an Operations Coordinator you will be responsible for managing the end to end operational processes for shipments, custom clearances, documentation, consulting with customers, agents, and partners, contacting suppliers and service providers. The successful candidate will need too source and negotiating rates plus problem solve and any other duties when required.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in Operations
- Experience in Freight Forwarding – Air, Sea, and Road Freight
- Experience in Custom Clearances / Documentation
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and Customer Service skills
