Customs Clearance Coordinator – Hybrid Office/Remote

Our client is looking for a Customs professional to join their team and work at their Wimbledon office 3 days, and 2 days from home.

The Role:

You will be responsible for collating shipping documentation, arriving and discharging TAD`s, follow up daily shipping & customs clearance operations related activities, liaising with customers and overseas. You will also be dealing with enquiries and quotes to arrange import shipments. You would need to ensure job filing – invoicing and cost control are done correctly and efficiently. The successful candidate would need to deal with the customers and clients queries, ensuring these are followed up and concluded in a timely manner.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous Import Freight Forwarding experience.
  • Previous Customs experience
  • Good customer services skills
  • Good IT knowledge

Salary & Benefits:

Our client is looking to pay between £30k – £37k for the right candidate, depending on experience.
