You will be responsible for working closing with the Operations Director – managing and mentoring an operations team who handle multimodal, import & export shipments for clients of all sizes. You will be instrumental in the company’s growth strategy and ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered throughout the business at every touch point. You will be responsible for an operations team of 12, providing mentoring, training & guidance, and as the business grows further, the team will of course increase.
- Previous management experience gained with a freight forwarder
- Leadership skills
- Customs knowledge
- Cargowise software experience
