Import Coordinator

Are you confident completing Customs entries to clear cargo? Is this an area of freight forwarding your particularly enjoy and want to advance your career in? If the answer is yes & you are looking for a new challenge, then this could be the role for you.

The Role:

You will be responsible for managing import shipments, managing import documentation, and completing Customs entries, ensuring all cargo is cleared in time for delivery and ensuring the correct Duty & VAT is paid.

You will be responsible for classifying goods correctly and entering goods to various Customs regimes

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous freight experience
  • Familiar with shipping documentation
  • Customs clearance experience
  • Good customer services skills
  • Good IT knowledge

Salary & Benefits:

Our client is looking to pay between £28K –  35K for the right candidate, depending on experience.
