The Role:

In this role you’ll learn Customs compliance procedures, ensuring goods clear HM Revenue & Customs and the correct duties are paid. All this, whilst providing excellent customer service. You will be dealing with all types of cargo and various sized importers & exporters, so you need a can-do attitude, and be a team player.

As long as you’ve had some exposure within logistics, training can be provided on various aspects of the role such as Customs compliance. Its more about you as a person!

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous logistics experience
  • Good customer services skills
  • Good IT knowledge

About the Company:

Our client based in Portsmouth are growing rapidly, with a supportive management structure in place.

The role would be mainly Monday to Friday, normal working hours but 1 in 4 weeks you would need to be on call in the evening / weekends to respond to any urgent issues. More details available

Salary & Benefits:

Our client is looking to pay between £18K & 22K for the right candidate, depending on experience.
