A leading Amazon FBA Freight Forwarder is seeking a Senior Amazon Logistics Coordinator to be a key member of their logistics operations team, ensuring efficient product flow and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end Amazon logistics operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and shipment tracking.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce delivery times.
- Collaborate with internal teams, third-party logistics providers, and Amazon representatives to resolve logistics issues.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with Amazon’s logistics policies and service-level agreements.
- Optimize shipping costs and delivery methods for cost-effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
