Sales Support Officer – UK & Ireland

Do you have previous shipping / freight forwarding experience and looking for your next challenge? This could be the role for you

The Role:

In this role you will have contact with all their customers, handle all requirements and freight rate requests You will need to develop business generation and retention,  follow up on quotations to secure business, plus ensure new sales leads are followed through to the end.  You will need to comply with the export/ import process and regulations at all times

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous shipping, logistics or freight forwarding experience
  • Previous Sales Support
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good IT skills
