Sales Invoicing Administrator

Are you experienced a sales invoicing administrator and looking to make their next career move and join a well-established company?  The role would be based at their offices in Southampton

The Role:

You will be responsible for running daily invoicing daily reports, resolving invoice, and pricing queries, raising the sales invoices on their systems, processing the equipment data plus assisting with inventory/year end audit. You will need to support the other offices when needed and any other duties when required

Essential Criteria:

  • Invoicing
  • Some Shipping Knowledge
  • Great attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Customer Service skills – Team Player
  • Excellent IT skills
