Logistics Coordinator
Do you have previous Logistics / Shipping experience, are you looking to join a global leader in marine outfitting, providing shipments arrive on time and look after projects and budgets?
As a Logistics Coordinator you will plan, generate, and monitor shipments using processes to create the documents, coordinate hazardous packaging when needed, liaise closely with the freight forwarders and transport companies to develop relationships. The successful candidate will need to work closely with all their internal stakeholders to understand the projects. risk management of shipping and timescales You must be able to maintain accuracy of the commodity codes and shipping data, plus help to provide cover when required within the Project Teams
Essential Criteria:
- Previous Shipping Experience – Imports / Exports
- Experience in Projects and Budgets
- Documentation, such as Commercial Invoices etc.
- Good IT skills – Word & Excel
- Commercially minded
- Excellent communication
