Overview

Do you have previous freight forwarding experience, ideally with a shipping line or a forwarder? Are you looking to join a global player in shipping beverage logistics, providing end to end supply chain solutions?

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will ensure customer orders are entered correctly on to their system, be able to produce sales and purchase invoices in the time frame advised. You will have the responsibility for the end-to-end shipments / deliveries for the customer requirements. The successful candidate will need to upload the documentation accurately and on the time frames. You must  be able to maintain excellent communication with both the customers and stakeholders and advise of any delays. Plus any other duties when required

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous Freight Forwarding experience
  • Documentation, such as Commercial Invoices etc.
  • Good IT skills – Word & Excel
  • Commercially minded
  • Excellent communication
