In this role you will have full autonomy and responsibility for managing the commercial team day-to-day. You will report directly to the Commercial Director, so a proven background in managing a sales team id a must.
You will be ultimately responsible for establishing objectives, implementing and managing sales strategy, managing performance & KPI’s. reporting, trend spotting & above all getting the best from your team, developing their skills & growing their careers.
You will also be involved in senior management meetings both internally & externally.
The Head of Sales must have had at least 10 years of working experience in a sales position preferably working in the position of a Senior Sales Manager or Head of Sales
Previous logistics commercial experience
