The Role:

You will be responsible for being the focal point for all things import, Customs & freight forwarding – managing work flow and customer relationships for many large retail brand accounts..

Supporting the team leaders, sharing knowledge and ensuring work is distributed fairly – you will be a key part of the management team.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous freight forwarding experience
  • Previous supervisory / managerial experience
  • Customs procedures
  • Key account management
  • Good IT knowledge
