Freight Forwarder Coordinator – Exports
Are you an experienced Export Freight Forwarder, looking to make their next career move. Our client is a shipping / logistics company and have offices in Southampton.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the placing of bookings with the respective shipping line, liaise with customers to ensure correct export documentation, plus ensure the shipping line has the instructions for Bill of Lading. The successful candidate will need to allocate the incoming payments on their IT systems and also ensure bookings are invoiced correctly
Essential Criteria:
- Experience within Freight Forwarding / Exports
- Knowledge of Exports – Road and Air
- Can work in an energetic & fast paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- High standards of customer service

Salary & Benefits:
Our client is offering between £32k – £34k for the right candidate , plus freight team bonus There is the opportunity to work from home 2 days a week with this role .
