Data Entry Coordinator

Leading RoRo company in Southampton is looking to recruit a bright, enthusiastic & keen individual who ideally has had some exposure within freight & shipping, for the role of Data Entry Coordinator

The Role:

In this role you will be imputing bills of lading instructions on to their in-house system, raising export customs entries, chasing custom entries to clear on time. You will need to update the customer deliveries plus chase required information You will need too process and issues Bills of Lading to adhere to strict deadlines

Essential Criteria:

  • Experience in Shipping / Freight Forwarding
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Good, fast & accurate typing skills
  • Good IT skills, with an attention to detail

About the Company:

This is a position with a leading RoRo shipping company with offices around the world. Their Southampton office is close to the city centre, and have a good friendly working environment.

Salary & Benefits:

For the right candidate our client is looking to pay between £18,525 – £20,500 depending on experience. 8% Pension, Medical insurance for family, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays
