As part of their growth strategy, they are looking to recruit a Customs Team Leader to lead a team of 4 Customs Coordinators.

The Role:
You will be responsible for providing key support to the Customs team, ensuring excellent levels of customer service is always delivered and to review, improve & implement processes and procedures, to enhance service delivery and to maximise profitability.
You will also be responsible for managing workflow & identifying training needs, reporting to the Customs Manager.
Previous import/export experience, knowledge of visual broker, CNS and MCP inventory systems, HMRC, DEFRA and Port Health requirements is desirable.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous shipping / freight experience.
- Good customer services skills
- Solid Customs entry experience
- Leadership / supervisory experience

Salary & Benefits:
