The Role:

As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing the shipping team, who arrange the import & export of beverages and liquids around the globe, including many major drink brands. This a rewarding role, providing a variety of solutions to shippers, importers & exporters.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous import or export forwarding / liner experience
  • Previous management experience, leading a team
  • Good IT skills – Word & Excel
  • Commercially minded
  • Excellent communication
