Courier Administrator

Our client, a well-established logistics company based in Eastleigh is looking to recruit a Courier Administrator to join their team.

The Role:

You will monitor customers online bookings and processing shipments through to their fleet team, handle customer enquiries via telephone and email , provide quotes and solutions where needed , plus track and trace the status of the shipments

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous experience working within Freight Forwarding / Courier environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to problem solve

Salary & Benefits:

The company is looking to pay around £23K-£30K for the right person depending on your experience, the role is Monday to Friday (office hours), benefits include 25 days holiday, life assurance, pension & free parking.
