Courier Administrator
Our client, a well-established logistics company based in Eastleigh is looking to recruit a Courier Administrator to join their team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will need to monitor the customers online bookings and process shipments through to their fleet team. Handle customer enquiries via telephone and email, provide quotes and solutions where needed, plus track and trace the status of the shipments daily.
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience working within Freight Forwarding / Courier environment.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills
- Ability to problem solve.

Salary & Benefits:
The company is looking to pay around £25K-£30K for the right person depending on your experience, the role is Monday to Friday (office hours), benefits include 25 days holiday, life assurance, pension & free parking.
