The Role:

You will be responsible for interacting with various customers, building relationships, providing spot rates, compiling quotations & following up. In this role you will work closely with all internal departments & senior management, with full support & on-going training provided.

You will also be responsible for monitoring & analysing competitors, ensuring the company stays ahead of the game and remains competitive.

This role is a mixture of a sales support, key account manager and inside sales role – an exciting, varies role where you will be a key member of the commercial team.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous shipping, logistics or freight forwarding experience
  • Previous commercial exposure
  • Methodical & good attention to detail
  • Good negotiation & customer service skills
