Mellfields, a Southampton based Freight Forwarder is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their team. If you have accounting & purchase ledger experience, ideally working within a logistics / freight environment and want to join a friendly team at their offices in Eastleigh then this could be the perfect role for you.
As an Accounts Assistant will be responsible for preparing & raising sales invoices, payment runs and reconciliations, chasing payment as well as other ad-hoc accountancy duties. Sage software experience is a must for this role along with good MS Excel skills.

About the Company:
Mellfields is well established freight forwarder based in Eastleigh. Hours are Monday to Friday 9-5.30.
Salary & Benefits:
For the right candidate our client is looking to pay between £23-25K depending on experience.
